Terms of service

1. The service

Medora is a cloud platform for medical-device companies: sales, purchasing, inventory, projects, maintenance, finance and HR. By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of your company.

2. Free trial and subscription

Every new company starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card. The chosen plan sets the available modules and usage limits. When the trial or subscription ends the account is frozen automatically; your data is not deleted and returns in full once the subscription is activated.

3. Your account and data

You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for the activity of your company's users. Your data belongs to your company, is isolated from other companies, and is used only to run and improve the service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, try to access another company's data, or disrupt the service.

5. Availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee it is free of interruptions or errors. Medora is a management tool and does not replace your company's own regulatory and tax obligations.

6. Ending the account

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
